The 9th Dali International Film Fair will be held as scheduled from August 13 to August 17, 2021, with the theme of "Life elsewhere -- Reconstruction and distance". "Reconstruction" refers to the reconstruction of photographic art innovation, as well as people's reconstruction of a better life in the post-COVID-19 era. "Distance" refers to the distance between the camera lens and the subject, as well as the distance between people and nature, the environment, public space and people. Distance is the scale of everything. It can be far and grand, or it can be infinitely close. This theme aims to be led by photography art, thinking and exploring how we should:

This film will be a brand new transformation, committed to further explore the infinite unknown and infinite possibilities from life to art.
The classic 3+1 mode of "Photography Festival + Expo + Equipment elite gathering +DIPE Roundtable"
will be continued and upgraded, adhering to the original intention of "seeing the world through images and seeing Dali through collections". Through photography art collection, we advocate and promote photography art works into thousands of households, taking into account the top of the pyramid of photography art and the rich life of clothing, food, housing and transportation, showing the "reconstruction" energy and "distance" charm of photography art, and finally presenting the wonderful collection of humanity and art in the world.
The 9th Dali International Film Fair in 2021 is now inviting the society for exhibition and solicitation. The Organizing committee and art Committee will plan the exhibition area according to the four exhibition areas: international exhibition, domestic exhibition, gallery exhibition and registration exhibition, together with other activities and sub-exhibition areas. The exhibition is carried out in two sections: "International Exhibition & Domestic Exhibition & Gallery Exhibition" and "Registration Exhibition".

2021 The 9th Dali International Film Festival has arrived once again as promised. Now we sincerely invite all professional photography organizations, associations, galleries, colleges and universities, professional curators and photographers to gather in Dali to participate in the art event.

Participation fee:
1. The exhibition fee is 300 Yuan/person (including the participating photographer of group exhibition). The organizing committee will apply for the

8. INFORMATION must be kept to oneself

· If photographers cannot attend the exhibition on time due to special circumstances, please inform the Organizing committee in time.
· Selected exhibitors must provide the Organizing Committee with high quality documents for the exhibition production requirements. Failure to do so will be deemed as an automatic waiver.
· The exhibition shall be arranged in strict accordance with the established exhibition areas, and it is forbidden to arrange and construct the exhibition areas which cannot be restored.
· Participating photographers and groups should complete the output production and exhibition arrangement of their works by themselves.
· Participating photographers shall not exhibit any works that have not been approved by the exhibition committee. All consequences caused by exhibiting unapproved works by participating photographers shall be borne by the photographers themselves.
· The Art committee will plan the exhibition area and confirm the booth according to the participating works.

· All the works will be archived by the organizing committee and will not be returned.
· The contributor shall guarantee that he/she is the author of the work, and has independent, complete, clear and undisputed copyright on the whole and components of the work; The contributor shall also guarantee that his/her submitted work does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the third party, including copyright, portrait right, reputation right, privacy, etc. The subject matter and genre of the work shall not violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, all legal liabilities shall be borne by the participants themselves.
· The Organizing committee has the right to use all the selected works in the activities related to the exhibition (including exhibitions, touring
exhibitions, publications, film and television programs, media reports, academic exchanges, etc.) without any additional remuneration or authorization from the authors.
· For violations of the exhibition that damage the image of Dali International Film Festival, such as violation of exhibition arrangement requirements, unauthorized change of exhibition plan by the curator, unauthorized change of exhibition environment and deface, unauthorized use of others' booth, unauthorized movement of others' exhibition shelves, and early cancellation of exhibition, etc. · For those who fail to participate in the exhibition on time and fail to notify the Organizing committee in advance, and for those works that do not meet the requirements of calling for papers due to copyright issues, the Organizing Committee will cancel their participation qualification, take back their participation certificate, and inform them in the official media.
